Most demo days ask investors to travel, give up a full day and sit through a single city's batch of companies. This virtual demo day takes two and a half hours, costs nothing and brings together startups from several countries in one session.
What happens on the day?
The programme runs from 9:00 to 11:30 Pacific Time, which is 12:00 to 14:30 in Eastern Time.

Where these startups come from
Dealum and Peachscore launched the Data-Driven Accelerator in November 2024. It is equity-free and fully virtual, built for early-stage founders who often fall outside traditional accelerator programmes.
The format is a structured 12-week curriculum with recorded sessions from executives, venture capitalists and university experts, followed by a 12-month membership in Peachscore's ecosystem with mentoring and networking. Founders' progress is tracked with data throughout the programme, and the global demo day is where graduates present to investors.
Interest came quickly. By May 2025 the accelerator had attracted more than 700 startups from 77 countries, founders had consumed over 7,500 hours of content, and several participants had raised rounds between $150K and $3M.
Peachscore describes its scoring as a FICO score for startups: a structured, third-party view of a company's readiness that sits alongside what the founder says about themselves. That is the "data-driven" part of the name.
Why it is worth two and a half hours of an investor's time
For angel groups and individual angels, the hard part of early-stage deal flow is rarely a shortage of companies. It is finding a batch that has already been through some filtering, from markets you would not normally see, without a day of travel.
This demo day offers that in one sitting. Every company on stage has completed the same programme, so you are comparing founders who have worked through the same curriculum and been measured the same way. The recognition and award segment also shows which companies the programme itself rates most highly, which is a useful signal before the pitches start.
It is also a low-cost way to look beyond your home market. Most angel groups see the same regional pipeline month after month. A cross-border batch is a quick check on whether you’re missing good companies simply because they’re not local, and a way to find deals worth bringing to your group or co-investing in with others.
If a company catches your attention, follow up after the event. Many startups in the accelerator also maintain a company profile on Dealum.
For accelerator operators
If you run a programme yourself, watching another accelerator's demo day is a practical way to compare formats: how much time each pitch gets, how a recognition segment is structured, and how a virtual event holds an audience across time zones. Dealum's event tools handle the parts that happen before the day, from collecting applications to running jury voting rounds.
Founders who would like to pitch at a future demo day can apply to Peachscore's next cohort through the accelerator's programme page.
